The Bank has purchased the following amount of the US$1,000,000,000 loan 
participation notes issued by UBS (Luxembourg) S.A. for the purpose of financing 
a subordinated loan to the Bank: 
ISIN XS0212423221 - maturity date 9 February 2015 - aggregate principal value of 
purchased notes U.S.$135,000,000. 
The trades have been made at market terms. 
 
 The Bank may, from time to 
time, undertake any additional purchases of the above identified notes or any 
other notes issued by or relating to it, as it may decide in its absolute 
discretion depending on the market conditions prevailing at that time and in 
accordance with the terms and conditions of such notes.
