On September 2, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted 29,070 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which represent a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock for each RSU. One third of the RSUs vested on May 11, 2023, resulting in the issuance of 7,355 shares of Common Stock on conversion of such vested RSUs and 2,335 shares of Common Stock withheld by the Issuer for taxes due on such conversion.
