Net Asset Value Update 
 
 
The Directors of Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited (LSE:QOGT) hereby 
announce that the 2009 Q3 Net Asset Value per share as at 30 September 2009 was 
US$9.58 per participating redeemable preference share. This figure was 
calculated using cost basis for the investments, with no mark up or impairment 
and based on enterprise value of the underlying investments. The 2009 Q4 Net 
Asset Value per share, which will be issued at the same time as the Annual 
Report, will use a fair market valuation basis for all investments.
