Redemption and Cancellation of B Shares

Bglobal plc (the "Company") announces that the 106,357,394 B Shares, which were issued on a one for one basis to holders of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company after 6 p.m. on 29 August 2014 following the approval of the Return of Capital described in the Circular to shareholders dated 10 July 2014, were redeemed by the Company for 11p each on 1 September 2014 and subsequently cancelled. There are no longer any B Shares outstanding.

The issued share capital of the Company on 2 September 2014 was 106,357,394 ordinary shares.

It is expected that the admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 9 September 2014. Accordingly, trading in Ordinary Shares on AIM will cease at the close of business on 8 September 2014.
