Thanks for joining us in todays Town Hall meeting
|
All,
Thank you for joining the Town Hall meeting this morning. Hopefully, you came away from the meeting excited about the opportunity this merger
offers us and with many of your initial questions answered.
The most important thing to remember is this:
By combining Allscripts and Eclipsys, we will have the industrys largest network of clients on the most advanced product platform resulting in a
single patient record. One network. One platform. One Patient. It is a great vision for the combined company and will quickly become a reality.
If you were unable to join us, the meeting link is posted on our intranet merger landing page. The link -

This site should be your destination for information about the merger. As we work through the integration process, we will continue to update the site as
new information becomes available.
Since every one of you is likely to be asked a question about this merger, it is important to understand
and be prepared to explain, at a minimum, why were doing this merger, why the timing is right, the benefits the combined company will deliver, and when the transaction will be completed.
Regarding that last point, as we pointed out during the Town Hall, Allscripts and Eclipsys will continue to operate as separate companies just as
we do today until the merger is finalized following required approvals and shareholders votes. So while there are great things on the horizon, for now its time to maintain our focus on our goals in order to continue to deliver for our
clients. They need to be assured that we will not be distracted. Well need all of your energy and commitment to help us deliver on our targets as we start our new fiscal year.
Thanks for your hard work exciting days are ahead.
