                          POSSIBLE OFFER FOR WOODLARK


LONDON - 20th March 2007 - BDI Mining Corp. ("the Company") announces that it
has received approaches to acquire its 100% owned subsidiary Woodlark Mining Ltd
("Woodlark"). The Company is currently in early stage discussions with third
parties which may lead to the divestment of Woodlark. Funds realised from the
potential divestiture of Woodlark could be applied to further expand the
Company's Cempaka diamond mine in Indonesia.

BDI Mining Corp will make a further announcement in due course.
