Peter Lai, Chief Executive Officer, today sold a total of 10,000
ordinary shares, at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Peter Lai holds a total of 14,370,258
ordinary shares, representing 71.85% of the issued share capital of
the Company .
