Cemtrex Expands Into Measurement of Gases Involved in Global
Warming FARMINGDALE, N.Y., July 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Cemtrex, Inc. (OTC:CTEX) announced that it has expanded its current
product applications into measurement of greenhouse gases involved
in global warming such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and
methane. These gases are generated during combustion of fossil fuel
in power plants. The emission of greenhouse gases and their
contribution to global warming are policy issues being debated by
Congress and the Administration. According to the Kyoto Protocol,
in which the developed nations agreed to limit their greenhouse gas
emissions, relative to the levels emitted in 1990, the United
States agreed to reduce emissions from 1990 levels by 7 percent
during the period 2008 to 2012. "The Kyoto Protocol as a result of
global warming and the greenhouse effect stimulates investment in
emissions reduction, therefore sensitive instruments are needed to
verify and validate the emission improvements," said Mr. Aron
Govil, President & CEO of Cemtrex. "And we expect to see a
tremendous increase in applications from fossil fuel burning
industries, such as iron and steel, pulp and paper, utilities, oil
and petrochemical, ceramics, mining, food, and textiles, including
various combustion facilities, such as incinerators and boilers."
Cemtrex is engaged in manufacturing and selling the most advanced
and custom engineered equipment and systems for clean energy and
emission monitoring markets. The Company's products are sold to
power plants, refineries, chemical plants, cement plants and other
industries, including federal and state governmental agencies. Safe
