Chevron Phillips Chemical today published its 2023
Sustainability Report, a comprehensive document that showcases the
company’s efforts and notable achievements in its journey to
advance sustainability. Titled Stepping Up, the organization’s 13th
sustainability report reflects the purpose, people and progress of
CPChem’s global business in working to address key environmental,
social and governance (ESG) matters.

strides in advancing sustainability over the past year,” said Steve

- Zero plastic loss from CPChem facilities
- 100% employee engagement in newly launched
sustainability sessions
- 350+ potential carbon reduction opportunities

The report also outlines CPChem’s sustainability ambitions and
offers compelling examples of innovation and creativity driving
progress toward these targets. CPChem’s three sustainability focus
areas - climate change, product sustainability and circularity, and
social responsibility - experienced significant developments since
the organization’s previous report, a testament to the high caliber
of its employees.
