"Arianne") (TSXV: DAN) (OTC: DRRSF) (FRANKFURT: JE9N), a
development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing the Lac à
Paul project in Quebec's
Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, announces election results of its
2024 annual general and special meeting ("AGM"), representing its
fiscal year ended December 31,
2023.
All the resolutions that were presented at the AGM were approved
by the shareholders. These resolutions include the nomination
of the directors and the auditors as well as the renewal of the
Corporation's stock option plan and the adoption of new By-Laws of
the Corporation.
Arianne is pleased to announce that the Company shareholders
have elected Messrs. Dominique
Bouchard, Brian Ostroff,
Jeffrey Beck, James Cowley, Marco
Gagnon, Siva Pillay, Steven
Pinney, Raef Sully, and
Claude Lafleur as directors of the
Company during the AGM held on June 28,
2024.
