Seventh consecutive annual dividend increase

Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (NYSE: VRTS), which operates a multi-boutique asset management business, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $2.25 per share, representing an 18% increase from the previous quarterly dividend of $1.90 per share.

"We are pleased to raise our dividend for the seventh consecutive year, reflecting the strength and stability of our financial position and confidence in our free cash flow generation,” said George R. Aylward, president and chief executive officer. “Our strong balance sheet provides flexibility to continue our balanced approach to capital management.”

The third quarter 2024 common stock dividend of $2.25 per share will be paid on November 13, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2024.

Future declarations of dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
