Private equity companies GTCR Golder Rauner LLC and Platform
Partners are looking for a buyer for aircraft maintenance services
Landmark Aviation, which has been valued at as much as $700
million, the Reuters news agency said Wednesday on its website,
citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.
The companies have hired Morgan Stanley to advise on the auction
process, which is in the second round and has received interest
from private equity firms and infrastructure funds, some of the
people said in the report, adding that Landmark could be worth some
$600-$700 million to the highest bidder.
GTCR declined to comment while Platform Partners didn't respond
to requests for comment, the report said. Morgan Stanley didn't
have an immediate comment, the report said.
