Assurance, one of the nation's first Companies to provide adult
stem cell collection and banking service to the general adult
population, today announced that the Company has begun its
financial audit in readiness to complete its filing with the
Securities and Exchange Commission. In line with the recent
additions to the Board, the Company intends to file its form 10,
attain its public reporting status with the SEC and immediately
qualify for listing on the OTC Bulletin Boards as its first step of
corporate progression. "It has always been part of our financial
plan to rapidly gain listing on the OTC Bulletin Board," commented
