Global Depository Receipts ("GDRs")

As announced by the Company on March 20, 2023, the last day of trading of the GDRs on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") will be April 21, 2023. Thereafter, following the Cancellation of the Listing, the GDRs will become unlisted GDRs.

Apart from being unlisted, the GDRs will continue to have the same structure as they currently do. If any holder of the GDRs, who intends to hold the unlisted GDRs, has any queries regarding the cancellation and / or conversion of their unlisted GDRs, voting at the annual and / or extraordinary general meeting(s), and dividend distribution, they should contact the depository i.e. Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas ( adr@db.com ) . For all other queries please contact the Company at (ir@geecl.com).

The Company will continue to publish the shareholder's notice, the half yearly results, and the yearly results on its website ( www.geecl.com) . The Company does not intend to have any meetings with both the GDR holders and unlisted GDR holders.

Any holder who doesn't intend to hold the unlisted GDRs is advised to trade the same on the LSE by April 21, 2023. The Company will not be responsible for facilitating, in any manner whatsoever, the trading of both the GDRs and the unlisted GDRs.
