Directorate Change

Be Heard, the digital marketing services group, announces that Rakhi Goss-Custard a non-executive director, will be stepping down from the Board on Monday August 20th.

Following her resignation the Board remains compliant with the Combined Code in relation to Section B.1.2 (Board Composition) of the UK Corporate Governance Code.

Following these changes, the board of directors of Be Heard Group plc will comprise:

Non-executive Chairman: David Morrison

Chief Executive: Peter Scott

Chief Financial Officer: Simon Pyper

Non-executive Directors: David Poutney and David Wilkinson

David Morrison, Chairman of Be Heard, said:
