BOARD CHANGES
The Directors of Stream Group plc are pleased to announce the appointment of
Edward Louis Agnew Boddington, aged 38, as a non executive Director with
immediate effect.
Mr Boddington joined the marketing agency, Triangle, (now part of Publicis) in
1987. In 1989 he founded Triangle's Asian subsidiary, Triangle Pacific in Hong
Kong. He was responsible for Triangle's joint venture with Dentsu Young and
Rubican in 1990 and helped to create their South-East Asian below-the-line
network.
Mr Boddington's career in the telephone content business began in 1992 when he
joined Legion. In 1994 Mr Boddington was appointed as Managing Director of
Greenland Interactive Limited, a joint venture between Legion and Daily Mail
General Trust (DMGT).
In 1998, Mr Boddington founded Telescope (UK) Limited and was responsible for
the telephone voting on the hugely successful television series "Pop Idol".
In July 2002, Telescope was acquired by iTouch PLC where he managed iTouch UK's
voice and mobile business.
Mr Boddington currently is also involved with Telescope Inc., a company that he
founded in 2000 and now owned by Fremantle Media, which manages the voting for
American Idol (the US version of Pop Idol) and other international versions of
the "Pop Idol" TV format.
In accordance with paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, Mr Boddington's
past Directorships, both of which are not current, over the past five years are
listed below:
Greenland Interactive Limited
Telescope (UK) Limited
The Company confirms that no other details are required to be disclosed under
paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules with respect to Mr Boddington.
