(TSX VENTURE: PJT) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, effective June 22, 2010, Mr. Ian McDougall has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Company, Mr. Kevin Heitman has been appointed President of the Company, in addition to his position as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Ms. Sabrina Gonclaves has been appointed Corporate Secretary of the Company.
