Sungy Mobile Announces the Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

Guangzhou, China, April 17, 2015 – Sungy Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: GOMO) (“Sungy Mobile” or the “Company”), a leading provider of mobile internet products and services globally with a focus on applications and mobile platform development, today announced that Mr. Yingming Chang has tendered his resignation as chief operating officer and director of the Company, effective today, April 17, 2015, due to his desire to pursue an entrepreneurial endeavor at a company that was invested by Sungy Mobile in October 2014.

Mr. Yuqiang Deng, chairman and chief executive officer of the Sungy Mobile, stated, “It has been a great pleasure working with Yingming and it is unfortunate to see him resign from his role at Sungy Mobile. Yingming has been our chief operating officer since 2005 and director since 2006. The entire executive management team and I respect his decision to resign, and on behalf of the Company, I would like to thank Yingming for his significant contribution to the growth and development of Sungy Mobile over the years, and wish him very best in his future endeavors.”
