("32Red" or "the Company")
Director dealings
Award under the LTIP scheme
On 21 September 2016, the Company granted the award of 494,439
shares under the Company's approved LTIP Scheme, equivalent to
0.58% of the Company's issued share capital. The following
directors were included under the award:-

Jonathan Hale 88,266
Patrick Harrison 88,266
Matthew Booth 98,074
Award under the ESOP scheme
In addition, on the same date, the Company granted 875,000 share
options over Ordinary Shares under the Company's approved ESOP
Scheme, equivalent to 1.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
The strike price of these options is 132.5p per share and no
directors were included in the award.
The Company now has a total of 3,060,889 awards outstanding
under the LTIP scheme, representing 3.60% of the issued Ordinary
Share Capital and a further 3,493,058 share options in existence
issued under the rules of the ESOP Scheme, representing 4.10% of
the issued share capital. In total, the maximum number of
potentially dilutive shares issued under the LTIP and ESOP schemes
totals 6,553,947 representing 7.70% of total issued share
capital.
