Board Change 
Further to the announcement of 22 January 2009 which stated that Peter Cussins, 
Group Chairman, had informed the Board of his decision to stand down from the 
Board with effect from 15 April 2009, Mr Cussins has now decided to stand down 
from the Board with immediate effect. 
Stephen Rankin, Chief Executive, will assume the position of Executive Chairman 
until the Board has completed a review of the Board structure. An announcement 
regarding the results of this review will follow in due course.
