Partnership Discussions - Update
The Guinness Partnership Limited ("TGPL") has today, 4 December
2023, completed its merger with Shepherds Bush Housing Association
("SBHA"). The merger has received approval by the boards of both
organisations, shareholders of SBHA, and has received all necessary
lender consents. SBHA is now a wholly owned subsidiary of TGPL.
TGPL is a community benefit society with registered number
31693R and registered as a Registered Provider with the Regulator
of Social Housing with number 4729.
SBHA is a community benefit society with registered number
16442R and registered as a Registered Provider with the Regulator
of Social Housing with number LH0050.
