ADDITIONAL LISTING


The Company announces that, pursuant to the terms of its Save-As-You-Earn Option
Scheme, options over 30,676 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") have been
exercised at 24 pence per Share.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 30,676 Shares to be
admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares
to be admitted to trading.  The Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with
the existing issued shares of the Company.  Dealings are expected to commence on
Wednesday, 9 April 2003.
