Nokia Siemens Networks said Wednesday it has secured a EUR2B
syndicated loan.
MAIN FACTS:
-Multi-currency revolving credit facility signed with syndicate
of 21 banks, after over-subscribed process.
-3-year facility for general corporate purposes including the
refinancing of other bilateral facilities.
-Loan will provide a more efficient capital structure.
-Facility was oversubscribed from its initial launch amount of
EUR1.5B and subsequently increased to EUR2B.
-Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Banc of America
Securities, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Calyon Credit Agricole
CIB, Citigroup Global Markets, J.P. Morgan, Nordea Finland, The
Royal Bank of Scotland and SG Corporate & Investment
Banking.
-Other participants in the facility are Banco Bilbao Vizcaya
Argentaria, Bank of China, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Credit
Suisse, Pohjola Bank, Santander, Standard Chartered Bank, Australia
and New Zealand Banking Group, Industrial and Commercial Bank of
China, KfW IPEX-Bank, Sampo Bank and Goldman Sachs Bank USA.
