Item 5.02 Appointment of Principal Officers

As of June 20, 2022, Mr. Xiangchen Li was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company.

Xiangchen Li, 30, is the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation from Chengxian College of Southeast University. He has been the marketing director of Shanghai Baling Technology Group Limited since July 2020. He is good at professional online and offline marketing and has extensive experience in team management.
