Technical Communications Corporation Announces a Dividend of $0.10 Per Share

Technical Communications Corporation (OTC BB: TCCO.OB) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock outstanding. The dividend is payable in cash on June 15, 2010 to all shareholders of record on June 1, 2010.
