The Swiss consumer-goods conglomerate said Thursday that it has a deal with Advent International to buy a majority stake in Grupo CRM, a Brazilian chocolate company. Nestle, which didn't disclose financial details, said it wants to grow its presence in the country. Grupo CRM operates more than 1,000 chocolate stores under the Kopenhagen and Brasil Cacau brands, Nestle said. The deal is expected to close next year. Dow Jones & Co. owns Factiva.
