Item 8.01 Other Events.

The registrant reports that it has entered the online travel and metasearch engine space for both leisure and business travelers with the launch of www.gotravelbookings.com and www.gohotelflights.com. Concurrently, the registrant has also launched the Android App GoTravelBookings.

Under the easily recognizable “Go” branding, the registrant intends to seamlessly allow travelers to manage all aspects of their travel from researching, planning, booking flights, hotels, cars and activities. The current dearth in demand for travel and its’ upcoming resumption will be the ideal launching pad for a new entrant to grow in this space.
