Navajo Wind Energy Corp. (the �Company� and formerly Caliber Energy Inc.) (Pink Sheets: CLBN), is pleased to announce today that it has signed an agreement with Australian industrial technology company, Vector Industrial Designs (�VID�), to participate in the research, development and optimization of various proprietary wind turbine technology designs. Over the next three years, Navajo has agreed to contribute further engineering expertise to VID and allow the implementation of their new turbine technologies at the Company�s wind farm sites. Under the terms of the agreement, Navajo will receive the future production benefits of VID supplied turbine equipment operating within the framework of future wind farm facilities. In addition, the Company will have the option to modify or replace its wind turbine equipment to the VID design specifications at cost.

Navajo CEO Barry Doyle commented, "This synergistic alliance with Vector Industrial could be extremely beneficial to Navajo for years to come. We expect to progressively become a lower cost producer of wind generated power using the most advanced technologies, which will also facilitate our growth by broadening the scope of projects that are economically viable in the future."
