Petroamerica Oil Corp. Removed from
S&P/TSX Venture Indices
TORONTO, Jan. 14, 2016 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Canadian
Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX
Canadian Indices:
The Plan of Arrangement between Petroamerica Oil Corp.
(TSXVN:PTA) and Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (TSX:GTE) has been
successfully completed. Petroamerica Oil shareholders will receive
a combination of cash and shares of Gran Tierra Energy for each
share held. The shares of Petroamerica Oil will be removed from the
S&P/TSX Venture Select and Venture Composite Indices after the
close of trading on Friday, January 15,
2016.
