(the “Group” or “CXI”) (TSX: CXI; OTCBB: CURN), is pleased to announce the detailed voting results for the Company’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on March 20, 2024 (the “Meeting”). A total of 3,443,397 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”), being 54.30% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares as of the record date of February 5, 2024, were present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting.

The nominees listed in the management information circular dated February 5, 2024 were elected as directors of the Company at the Meeting. Detailed results of the vote are set out below:
