                                 Share Issue


The Company has applied for new ordinary shares of 5 p each ("the new ordinary
shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM under a block admission.  The block
admission relates to Ordinary Shares which could be issued as follows:

1,000,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each pursuant to the exercise of
options under the Systems Union Group plc Employee Share Option Scheme (1999).

It is expected that such admission will become effective on 12 January 2004.
