On March 4, 2024, J. Edward Clary announced his intention to retire from his position as Executive Vice President, and Chief Information Officer of Haverty Furniture
Companies, Inc. ("Havertys" or the "Company"). Mr. Clary's planned retirement date is in July 2024 but he will remain beyond that date, if needed, to ensure an orderly transition.
