DRA Diversified Real Asset Income Fund of Beneficial Interest (delisted)

Two Nuveen closed-end funds have declared distributions. The specific distribution dates and amounts are detailed below. As previously announced, the shareholders of these funds have approved a merger intended to create a larger fund with lower operating expenses and increased trading volume for common shares.

The following dates apply to today's distribution declarations for the following closed-end funds:

Regulations require that acquired funds in any reorganization fully distribute any accumulated undistributed net investment income (UNII) prior to effecting the reorganization.
