Overall, the J.D. Power and Associates 2004 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study(SM) listed 18 Centex Homes operations across the country as having "above average" or better customer satisfaction. The study's rankings are based on responses from new-home buyers who have lived in their homes from four to 18 months. Centex Homes divisions in the Raleigh/Durham, N.C., Sacramento, Calif., and Seattle/Tacoma, Wash., markets received the top rank among competitors in their markets, according to the J.D. Power and Associates study. This marks the third straight year Centex Homes' Sacramento division led or tied for the lead in its market in the study. This was the first year that J.D.
