On September 26, 2024, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share payable on October 24, 2024 to holders of record as of October 17, 2024. The text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Exhibit 99.1 to this report is being “furnished” to the SEC and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.

Common Stock

Hauppauge, NY – September 26, 2024 – Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCOM) (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of Common Stock, payable on October 24, 2024 to common stockholders of record as of October 17, 2024. The Company continues its trend of uninterrupted dividends.
