              Startup Station plc ("the Company")

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange for the admission of 384,615 ordinary shares in Startup Station
plc.  These shares have been issued to Hichins Harrison & Co plc in lieu of
its nominated broker fees for the recent placing of 17,216,126 ordinary
shares. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company.  Dealings are expected to commence on 5 May
2000.
