Result of
AGM
Spiritus Mundi plc (LSE: SPMU), the
Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) which is seeking to
acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical diagnostics
sector, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held
earlier today.
