                        SIGNIFICANT QUEUEBUSTER CONTRACT


Netcall sells products to call and contact centres. Its innovative flagship
product, QueueBusterTM, enables call centres to manage call queuing, reduce
costs and enhance customer service.

Netcall announces that it has signed a contract to supply multiple QueueBuster
systems to BT Group plc.
