LONG TERM INCENTIVE SHARE PLAN

The Company has allocated additional shares to participants in the above Plan,
including the executive directors listed below. The following shares were
allocated on 20 November 2003, being the reinvestment of dividends on shares
already awarded under the Plan, at a price of 461.5 pence per share:

Exercise of awards is subject to the achievement of performance conditions over
three year performance cycles.
