                              Director's Dealings 
 
The Company announces that on 23 August 2010, Paul Cassidy, Chairman, 
transferred a total of 30,000 ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary Shares") in the 
Company to Peter Cassidy, Joint Managing Director and 30,000 Ordinary Shares in 
the Company to Phillip Cassidy, Joint Managing Director both being the son's of 
Paul Cassidy. 
 
The Company also announces that on 23 August 2010, the wife of Paul Cassidy, 
Lynda Cassidy transferred a total of 12,800 ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary 
Shares") in the Company to Peter Cassidy and 12,800 Ordinary Shares in the 
Company to Philip Cassidy. 
 
Following the above transactions: 
 
The beneficial interest of Paul Cassidy is now 2,436,550 Ordinary Shares 
representing 44.11% of the total issued share capital of the Company. 
 
The beneficial interest of Philip Cassidy is now 121,058 Ordinary Shares 
representing 2.19% of the total issued share capital of the Company. 
 
The beneficial interest of Peter Cassidy is now 121,058 Ordinary Shares 
representing 2.19% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
