THE HOLDERS OF THE ETP SECURITIES. IF ANY ETP SECURITYHOLDER IS IN
ANY DOUBT AS TO THE ACTION THEY SHOULD TAKE, THEY SHOULD CONSULT
THEIR OWN INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL ADVISERS IMMEDIATELY
If you have recently sold or otherwise transferred your entire
holding(s) of ETP Securities referred to below, you should
immediately forward this notice to the purchaser or transferee or
to the stockbroker, bank or other agent through whom the sale or
transfer was effected for transmission to the purchaser or
transferee.

Leverage Shares -3x Short US Tech 100 ETP Securities (ISIN:

Leverage Shares 5x Long US 500 ETP Securities (ISIN:
XS2399364582 )
Leverage Shares -3x Short US 500 ETP Securities (ISIN:
XS2399364665 )
(the "Relevant Series")
Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall
have the meaning given thereto in the Amended and Restated Master
Definitions Schedule in relation to the Leverage Shares plc
collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 4 May
2023.
Notice is hereby given by Leverage Shares plc to the holders of
the Relevant Series pursuant to Condition 17 (Notices), that with
effect from 18 October 2023, the Arranger Fee applicable to each of
the Relevant Series will increase from 0.15% to 0.75% (the
"Arranger Fee Increase").
Please note that the definition of "Arranger Fee" in the
Conditions applicable to each of the Relevant Series contemplates
that the Arranger Fee may be "modified by the Arranger from time to
time".
If any ETP Securityholder of any of the Relevant Series wishes
to sell their ETP Securities in advance of the Arranger Fee
Increase becoming effective, they may do so through trading on the
stock exchanges on which they are admitted to trading.
