Razore Rock Resources Inc. ("Razore Rock" or the "Company") (CNSX:RZR) wishes to
announce that further to its press release of May 6, 2011, as a result of an
anomalous trade of 4,000 shares on May 5, 2011 at $0.15 per share, the Company
has adjusted the price of the previously announced 550,000 stock options to
$0.15 per share for five years.
