                               Directors' Dealing



The Board of Documedia Solutions Plc (the "Company") announces that John
Bendall, a director of the Company has today acquired 1,015,555 ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 0.99 pence each for a total consideration of
#10,000.



As a result of this transaction, Mr Bendall will have a beneficial interest in
2,206,110 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.5 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
