RAP Rmr Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund New Common Shares of Beneficial Interest

RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE Amex: RIF) and RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund (NYSE Amex: RAP) announced the results of their annual meetings of shareholders held on March 11, 2010 as follows:

Barry M. Portnoy and Arthur G. Koumantzelis were elected as Class III trustees of each of the Funds with both to serve a three year term until the annual meetings in 2013. The preliminary tabulations of the percentages of shareholders’ votes cast for each of these trustees are as follows:
