inclusive) of 153.29p per 100 units of Gartmore Growth Opportunities plc
Equity-Linked Unsecured Loan Stock 2004 will be paid on 30th January 2004 to
unit holders on the register on 16th January 2004. The Loan Stock units will be
marked ex-dividend on 14th January 2004.
