(Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's 8% SPARQS Linked to
Dell Inc. Priced at $23.28 per unit with an initial offer size of
1,567,871 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol DSA
and has a maturity date of November 20, 2007. The notes are issued
