Engie SA said Thursday that it is partnering with Traton SE's
Scania to provide electric charging for trucks and buses in
Europe.
The French energy company said the four-year partnership would
initially focus on 13 European countries, with other regions
following suit at the end of 2021.
Engie will deliver and maintain electric-charging solutions and
associated services for Scania clients, while Scania will offer
field services and training programmes for its drivers.
Scania and Traton are owned by Volkswagen AG.
