BASF Acquires 3D-Printing Service Provider Sculpteo

BASF SE (BAS.XE) said Monday that it agreed to buy online 3D
printing service provider Sculpteo.
The deal will allow BASF to market and establish industrial 3D
printing materials more quickly, it said. Clement Moreau will
remain the CEO of Sculpteo, which is based in Paris and San
Francisco.
