Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

Effective October 8, 2008, we have changed our name from “Global Music International Inc.” to “Global Technologies Group, Inc.”. The amendment was adopted by the Board of Directors without shareholder action and shareholder action was not required. .
