Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On August 10, 2018, Mark Killpack resigned from the Board of Directors of the American Power Group Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Killpack’s resignation is not due to any disagreement known to the Company’s executive officers with respect to any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
